We want you to be completely satisfied with WPScanly. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy for all our products.

Refund Policy by Product Type

1. One-Time PDF Reports ($9.99)

Refund Window: Unfortunately we dont offer refunds for one-time PDF report

Eligibility: In below rare cases you can request a refund:

  • The scan failed to complete properly
  • The report contains inaccurate or incomplete data
  • You experienced technical issues preventing download

Processing Time: 5-7 business days to your original payment method

2. Pro Subscription ($29.99/month)

Regular Subscription:

  • Cancel anytime - no long-term commitment required
  • Prorated refund available within first 5 days
  • After 5 days: Service continues until end of current billing period

Prorated Refunds: If you cancel within 5 days of your first charge, you can receive a prorated refund based on unused days.

3. Early Bird Pricing ($29.99 instead of $49.99)

Special Terms: Early bird subscribers lock in the $29.99/month rate for life (as long as subscription remains active).

  • If you cancel and resubscribe later, early bird pricing is lost

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@wpscanly.com with:

  • Your order/transaction ID
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Verification

We'll verify your purchase and eligibility. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Method 1: Account Dashboard

  1. Log into your WPScanly account
  2. Go to Accounts → Subscription (Coming soon)
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Method 2: Email Request

Email support@wpscanly.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You'll receive immediate email confirmation
  • Your access continues until the end of current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your scan history remains accessible for 90 days
  • You can reactivate anytime (early bird pricing may not be available)
