1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WPScanly ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

WPScanly provides WordPress website security scanning and analysis services. We offer:

• Free basic security scans
• Paid detailed vulnerability reports ($9.99 one-time)
• Pro subscription plans ($29.99/month for early adopters, $49.99/month regular pricing)

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We use secure OTP-based authentication to protect your account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Scan websites without proper authorization
• Use the Service to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, or defame any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond reasonable limits

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

8. Disclaimer

The Service and its materials are provided on an 'as is' basis. WPScanly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

WPScanly does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scan results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as definitive security assessments.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WPScanly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WPScanly does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current.

11. Links

WPScanly has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.

12. Modifications

WPScanly may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
